Pricing and Payments

We create polished ads, optimize their visibility by selecting the best platforms, and manage pricing in real time.
Rental rates are intelligently adjusted according to the day, season, market and events to ensure the best possible revenue.

We take care of the entire management of your rentals for a commission of 20% including VAT on each booking.
Cleaning fees, determined according to the surface area and number of beds, are the responsibility of the travelers and are set by us.
